Mothers Day Special!



We know how important mothers are which is why we celebrate them once a year on mothering Sunday! So this year not only would we like to celebrate our own mothers- but yours also!

We are holding a ‘BRING YOUR MUM WEEK’ starting on Monday 16th March – Saturday 21st March. So basically you pick one of our Metabolic Group Coaching Sessions during that week and bring your mum along for a complimentary work out! Also buy a post workout recovery shake and get the second one free. Class time Tuesday @ 6:30pm and Friday @6:30pm.

If you would like to take part in this mother appreciation week then please let us know which session you want to bring your mum to and we will organise it!

So go on, have a fun work out with your lovely mum on us! We look forward to meeting them.
