The last time I was able to wear these particular jeans was January 2007.
The challenge for me was to be able to do up the button on my jeans and lose the 'muffin top'.
Having read the food planner and the circuit exercises I thought that this programme was do-able and I was prepared to give it my best shot.
I replaced sweet and salty snacks with healthier alternatives, fizzy drinks with water and the couch potato with an active, red faced and glowing person (ladies glow, horses sweat).

Over the 6 weeks I have been introduced to exercises that the mere names of them make grown-ups cringe: burpees; jump squat press ups; mountain climbers. I have been re-acquainted with muscles that I had forgotten existed, and sometimes wished that they had stayed lost. I have also met some great people in the sessions and the support and encouragement given by them and the coaches has made this very much a team effort with everyone willing each other to succeed.
The 6 weeks was not easy, but it was totally worthwhile. My jeans did button up! And I have the photos to prove it.
Linda went from a size 14 to a size 12!
