4 Minute Fat Loss Workout



Try this workout guys and please feel free to leave me a comment below:

Who ever thought 4 minutes would be so tiring? :)

Workout Goes Like This:

Perform as many reps as possible in 20 seconds.

Bodyweight Sqauts - 20 seconds
Rest - 10 seconds
Bodyweight Press Ups - 20 seconds
Rest - 10 seconds

Repeat 3 more times.

Results Weight Loss
