The Hacienda Retreat.

Some of you will all be aware, I have been dropping some subtle hints over the last few weeks about something we have coming up very soon, well the time is here to share this news with you.
After what has been a fantastic and successful detox at Results Weight Loss we have decided to go that one step further and take the detox to the next level.
Hacienda Retreat, situated in the mountains of Granada, Spain is the perfect setting for our RWL Detox 2.0
For 7 nights you will be put through an intense yet calming detox program created by award winning trainer and weight loss expert Joe Hanney and world renowned yoga instructor Ann-Marie Newland.
The detox will start with a 4 day pre detox in England to prepare your body and mind, you will then make your way to the beautiful Hacienda Retreat where you will be provided with an experience that will change your life, quite literally.
Your pre travel preparation will begin on 19th June 2012, It is vital you arrive with the right state of body and mind to truly benefit from your trip. Therefore, RWL Detox 2.0 provides guests with a bespoke Pre Travel Preparation Programme including daily emails with advise on pre detox supplements and training.
The RWL Detox 2.0 is the perfect way to get back in touch with your body. Relax in the inspiring atmosphere created for you at The Hacienda Retreat, allowing your expert team to focus on sculpting and redefining your posture and physique.
Whatever your goals are, your RWL Detox 2.0 Experience will renew a sense of wellbeing that will positively transform your wellbeing.
After you return home from The Hacienda Retreat, our team of coaches are available to assist you in your continued excellence in optimal health with on-going nutritional coaching, continued functional fitness development and finally the yoga and relaxation progressions.

The Hacienda Retreat
• Set in 5 acres of private woodland/Olive groves
• A beautiful remote rustic setting surrounded by rolling hills and umbrella pure forest with panoramic views
Facilities
• Infinity pool
• 2 pool cabanas
• Outdoor wood burning sauna lodge
• Indoor and outdoor eating dining
• Therapy rooms
• Indoor and outdoor studios
• Mediation temple
• Large twinned rooms, private en-suite and balcony views
Amenities
• Fresh organic food that is compliant to RWL food recommendations served by your very own personal chef included in your package price
• All your individual supplements will be supplied and readily prepared each day for you including on demand water and hot teas etc.
• Transfers to and from the apartments included

• Ensuite accommodation with private balcony
• Both deep tissue and Thai and Shaitsu massages throughout the week
• World renowned Yoga instructor Anne Marie Newland who will be providing different varieties of yoga and meditation classes throughout the week
• 2-3 workouts daily with award winning personal trainer weight loss expert Joe Hanney
• Relax and regenerate time throughout the day with infinity pool and wood burning sauna

Initial Non Refundable Deposit of £150 will be needed by the 29th February 2012.
Then the following payment options are available:-

One off payment is £1847.00 and this balance needs to be paid by 31st March 2012.

Optional extra
• Once out there we can arrange golfing, hiking, horse riding, cycling and walking expeditions at an additional charge

This detox has limited spaces of 12 so do act quickly! This has been open to RWL members for over a week now and we already have 5 people confirmed. For any unforeseen reason the retreat does not go ahead, all monies will be returned except your initial £150.00 deposit
