Race For Life Event...

Sam our head coach of Results weight Loss went along to the Race for Life event on Sunday 11th July 2010 to show his support to the ladies that have been on our complimentary training program for the last 8 weeks.

Check out these pictures and as well as what some of the girls had to say!

"Hi Joe

just like all the other ladies i really do appreciate the time you have put into training myself i have genuiely loved every moment of it. I have learn alot about myself, seen massive changes in my body and more importantly i feel so strong mentally and feel i can now achieve anything with lots of effort and determination. I have done race for life for the past 4 years and improved by a couple of minutes each time but this year i managed to knock 11 minutes off my previous best!!!!!! which i am so happy with.....31 Mins. "

Dame Kelly

“We just wanted to say a massive thanks for whipping us into shape for the Race for Life, don't think we could have ran it and done as well without your help. We're gonna miss the training sessions, both the physical aspect and the people involved. However, looking forward to doing the 10k race next year!”

Suzi andLinda

“Thanks Joe & thanks for all the training, it was brill. Your techniques actually made the 5k so easy. We could have carried on & it felt so effortless. Will recommend you to others. Hope all goes well for you & Sam & your Club.”

Thanks again
Bhav

As a whole the group of girls and our team at Results Weight Loss raised approx £2500 for the Cancer Research Charity.
